Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us at support@jefedejefes.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that a package was lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not claimed from the carrier and is returned to the fulfillment facility, we can arrange reshipment once the correct shipping information is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns for Size or Buyer’s Remorse

All of our products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
